Matthew Yazembiak was such an amazing help with my car trouble. I had just purchased a new Honda Civic with Travis (also amazing) and ended up needing some work done (shoutout to Charlotte's pothole problem). Matt was so kind and helpful during the whole process and made me feel very taken care of. 10/10 recommend this place, especially Matt and Travis! :)

Stopped by to see if they took walk ins for service. I was quickly greeted by Matt and another gentleman who were very kind and helpful. I mentioned to Matt that I didn't have an appointment and he advised that he would call to the back to see if they could take me and how long the wait would be. He quoted 2-3 hours of which was quite accurate as I waited about 2 1/2 hours. After my car was inspected they sent over additional services recommended and Matt called to make sure I received it or had questions since I walked to the nearby plaza. One thing I would have liked is a shuttle service to the nearby area or a courtesy car since the waits are long and the snack counter is closed. Overall not a bad first experience so will be back for future services.
